By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure a clear, safe, and sustainable experience.

🧾 1. Terms & Conditions

These terms regulate the use of our website and the subscription to any of our recycling plans.

Service Scope
We provide residential recycling collection based on the selected plan (Pick & Drop, Bin & Win, or Zero Sort).
Coverage areas, pickup days, and schedules are confirmed at the time of subscription.

Payments & Renewal

  • Payments are processed automatically or manually, depending on your selected method.

  • Subscriptions renew every service period (biweekly or monthly).

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the renewal date.

Responsibilities

  • Customers must place recyclable materials in the designated area and within the established pickup window.

  • Materials must meet the specific conditions of each plan (bag type, sorting, volume, etc.).

  • Pick & Drop Recycling is not responsible for missed collections due to non-compliance with these terms.

Service Modifications
We reserve the right to adjust prices, policies, or service conditions with prior notice to active customers.

💳 3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and authorized manual payments.

  • No refunds are issued for services already rendered or completed pickups.

  • Cancellations can be made before the start of the next service period.

  • Late payments may temporarily suspend your service until resolved.

🚚 4. Service & Collection Policy

Frequency
Pickups are performed every two weeks (biweekly) on the day assigned to your area.

General Conditions

  • Materials must be placed in transparent bags or approved containers.

  • Bags must be properly sealed and free of contamination (non-recyclable waste).

  • We do not accept hazardous materials, electronics, liquids, or food waste.

Weather & Delays
If weather conditions prevent pickup, we will notify you by email or SMS to reschedule.

Missed Pickup Reports
If your pickup was missed, please report it within 24 hours.

⚠️ 5. Volume & Service Limits

Each plan has a maximum recyclable volume:

  • Pick & Drop: Up to 4 standard 13-gallon bags (one per category).

  • Bin & Win: Up to 4 stackable 6-gallon bins (one per category).

  • Zero Sort: Up to 30 gallons per service, including extended flexibility and large box handling.

Services are designed exclusively for the household registered under the subscription.
If the recyclable volume exceeds plan limits, we may schedule an additional pickup (with an extra fee) or suggest a plan upgrade.

📦 6. Cardboard & Box Policy

For Zero Sort customers, we take care of disassembling and processing large boxes as part of your premium plan — no extra effort required.
For other plans, customers must flatten or cut boxes before pickup and place them according to the instructions.
Oversized or excessive boxes may require a special pickup.

🔄 8. Plan Changes & Cancellation Policy

You can change or cancel your plan anytime before your next billing cycle.
Changes take effect in the next service period.
Customers who consistently exceed their plan limits may be automatically upgraded to a higher plan.
